UAV Robotics Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated UAV Engineer to support the development, testing, and deployment of autonomous UAV systems. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career engineers with a strong interest in UAV technologies, flight testing, simulation, and ROS-based systems. You will gain hands-on experience across both hardware and software domains, with opportunities to collaborate closely on AI-driven aplications.
The ideal candidate will demonste solid technical understanding, practical problem-solving ability, and good engineering judgment when working with both simulated and on-ground UAV platforms. A strong foundation in navigation and state estimation techniques such as SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO), and related methods is prefered.
In this role, you will work on end-to-end drone systems, including electronics and flight controllers, and contribute to autonomous flight operations. You will collaborate with AI engineers to integrate perception and decision-making capabilities, and develop ROS-based pipelines for perception, localization, and control, particularly for GPS-denied environments.

Responsibilities
- Work with UAVs and simulation tools such as Gazebo, ROS, and SITL
- Work on drone Electronics, Hardware, and System Integration
- Develop and execute autonomous flight plans ensuring system reliability and performance
- Implement ROS-based pipelines for perception, localization, and control
- Work on Navigation and State-Estimation (SLAM, VIO, GPS-denied environments)
- Integrate mutiple diffrent Platforms into a unified System
- Collaborate on Hardware/Software co-design
- Contribute to Documentation (requirements, design, interface control documents)
- Perform Debugging, Testing, and System validation
