CFD & CAD Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic B.E or M.S graduate "CFD & CAD Design Engineer" to conduct computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis, CAD modeling, and engineering simulations for a variety of objects and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing components using advanced simulation tools to support product development and performance improvement.

Responsibilities
- Perform CFD analysis for internal and external flows, heat transfer, and multiphysics problems
- Develop accurate 3D CAD models for mechanical components and assemblies
- Set up, run, and validate numerical simulations (steady-state and transient)
- Conduct mesh generation, boundary condition setup, solver selection, and post-processing
- Interpret simulation results and provide engineering insights and recommendations
- Optimize designs based on simulation outcomes to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and R&D
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations of analysis results
- Ensure simulation models align with real-world constraints and validation data
Must Have
- Experience with CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent/CFX, OpenFOAM, STAR-CCM+, COMSOL)
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, Creo, Fusion-360)
- Solid understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer
- Experience with meshing techniques and solver settings
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate results into actionable design improvements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills for technical reporting and collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with multiphysics simulations
- Knowledge of FEA and structural analysis
- Scripting or automation skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar)
- Experience with design optimization and parametric studies
- Experience with Simulation Softwares
